Welcome to the Official Website of the Alpharetta-Smyrna (GA) Alumni Chapter (ASA) of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. The chapter was chartered September 24, 1989 by sixteen men of Kappa with a vision to serve the North to Northwest communities of the greater Metropolitan area of Atlanta, Georgia. Our chapter has grown to over 60 members and reached large chapter status in 2006. At the Province Council meeting in Charleston, South Carolina we were awarded the “Large Chapter of the
Krimson Community Foundation, (KCF) Inc., our 501c (3) non-profit organization was established to expand our annual scholarships to deserving high school graduating seniors.

Additionally, our Bi-annual Beautillion Program provides an opportunity for high school juniors, and seniors to earn scholarship money, while learning life lessons, and leadership skills from business professionals provided during weekend training sessions. During the 2006 Beautillion over $ 20,00.00
in scholarship funds were awarded to 11 High School Juniors and Seniors. Our Guide Right program consisting of Junior Kappa league and Kappa League, provides support and mentoring for young men from middle school through their High School years. Our signature charity events Chairman’s Night
and Our Annual Golf Tournament provide the bulk of the funding for KCF.
For over 15 years the Alpharetta-Smyrna Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi has served the northern communities of Smyrna, Austell and Powder Springs northwest to Marietta, Roswell and Alpharetta
with Thanksgiving and Christmas baskets, adopt-a-mile cleanup, feed the hungry, support of the Boys and Girls Club, and habitat for humanity volunteer programs. With a strong emphasis on reclamation
we have grown the chapter tremendously, and are now a leading chapter in the Southeastern Province.
Sincerely,
Tony Jennings
